Kodiak FUDS Public Meeting
Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) invites the public to attend a Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS) information meeting to learn more about the activities at FUDS properties in the Kodiak area. The purpose of the meeting is to offer the public an update on the status of ongoing environmental investigation and cleanup activities.
Work is ongoing at the following Kodiak-area FUDS properties:
- Kodiak Navy/Army
- Burma Road
- Buskin Beach
- Fort Tidball/Long Island
