This class will focus on yoga's physical exercises, breathing, and concentration techniques as an approach to wellness. Taught by Dayna Brockman who has taught yoga for over 20 years.
This course is open to individuals 14 and up and will be best for those who have had some previous experience with yoga.
Yoga props can be loaned. Class fee: $40.
